Step 1.⁠ ⁠Join with your video camera

Step 2.⁠ ⁠Watch the following video on YouTube if you haven’t already:

• Web Development Role Description Video

Step 3.⁠ ⁠Write a comment on the YouTube video answering the following questions

1. Did you watch the full job ad video?
2. Are you interested or available right now?
3. Between what hours to what hour can you work for us (For example: 9am → 5pm weekdays)

Step 4.⁠ ⁠Come back to the meeting

• If you have any more questions about the job you can come back to the meeting.
  • I’m normally available to answer any question for 1 hour
• Alternatively you fill out our job form for the next step and a one on one interview. You’ll find the link in the YouTube video comment or in the description section of the video.
